Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An integrated authentication system using electronic contract is provided to make electronic contract using a mobile terminal after downloading an electronic contract from a server. CONSTITUTION: A unified authentication server comprises a form design unit(210) and an authenticator(290). The form design unit makes the contract as an image file. The form design unit designs the form of the electronic contract. An authenticator(290) manages login by authenticating the mobile terminal and the user of the mobile terminal. A foam transmitter(230) transmits the designed electronic contract to the mobile terminal.
