Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device and method for generating power using fuel cell waste heat, which collects the heat of exhaust gas, are provided to improve entire generation efficiency by operating a steam turbine. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating power using fuel cell waste heat comprises a fuel cell generating unit(10) and an exhaust heat recovery generating unit(20). The exhaust heat recovery generating unit comprises an exhaust heat recovery(21), a steam turbine(23), a generator(25), a condenser(27), and a feed pump(29). The exhaust heat recovery comprises a water drum, a steam generation heat exchanger, and a steam drum. The steam generation heat exchanger heat-exchanges with the exhaust gas exhausted in the fuel cell generating unit and generate the saturated steam. The steam drum is installed in the steam generation top of heat-exchanger. The steam drum stores the saturated steam which generates while passing through the steam generation heat exchanger.
