Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An injection mold and an injection molding method are provided to prevent the tearing of a decoration film by securing a margin length of the decoration film so that the decoration film is transformed corresponding to the shapes of first and second molds. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold comprises first and third molds(10,30). The first mold comprises a first film fixing part(11) and a film lifting part(15). The film lifting part is installed on the inner side of the first film fixing part and can vary the protruding length thereof. The third mold is meshed with the first mold after a decoration film(40) is set in the first mold and presses the decoration film with a second film fixing part cooperating with the first film fixing part. The film lifting part protrudes when the decoration film is pressed by the first and second film fixing parts and retracts after fixing the decoration film.
