Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A light condensing type solar power generation module manufacturing method is provided to grow a III-V compound solar battery on a silicon substrate, thereby reducing manufacturing costs and increasing the area of a solar power generation module. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery structure is arranged on a silicon substrate(S100). A lower surface of the silicon substrate is polished(S200). An electrode comprised of an anode and cathode is bonded on a flexible substrate using a flip chip bonding method(S300). The silicon substrate is etched in a lens shape(S400). The solar battery is arranged by evaporating an AR(Anti Reflection) coating layer on an etched silicon lens(S500). A solar power generation module is manufactured by connecting electrodes between the solar batteries(S600). |
