Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic composition with anti-wrinkling and whitening and a method for preparing the same are provided to be applied to various functional cosmetic products. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a functional cosmetic composition comprises: a step of culturing Streptococcus thermophilus spawn(S100); a step of mixing Citrus junos, Mori Radicis Cortex, Schizandrae Fructus, Coix lacryma-jobi var., Angelicae gigantis Radix, and Sophorae Radix with water to prepare extract; and a step of fermenting the extract using the spawn to prepare fermentation liquid(S200). The functional cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, gel, pack, water soluble liquid, cream, body oil, body lotion, essence, eye shadow, cheek color, or eye brow pencils.
