EXPANSION DEVICE FOR ALUMINIUM PIPE

PURPOSE: An expansion device for an aluminum pipe is provided to facilitate the expansion of an aluminum pipe and thereby improve quality. CONSTITUTION: An expansion device for an aluminum pipe comprises a cooling fin(20) formed with a pair of through holes in which an aluminum coolant pipe is inserted, an expansion member(30), and the coolant pipe(10). The expansion member is formed with an expansion part on the leading end thereof and inserted into the coolant pipe to expand the inner and outer diameters of the coolant pipe so that the cooling fin is coupled with the coolant pipe. The coolant pipe is formed horizontal to be inserted into the through holes at the same time and bent on the backend. The expansion member is coupled to a moving block and retracted after expansion of the coolant pipe.
