Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A seawater intake system for low-tide and high-tide and a construction method thereof are provided to remarkably reduce maintenance costs because a post-treatment process is not required. CONSTITUTION: A seawater intake system for low-tide and high-tide comprises an intake device(100), filter sand(200), a pump chamber box(300), and a pumping unit. The intake device is installed in the bottom of an intake station(2). The intake station is filled with the filter sand. The filter sand filters seawater to be inhaled to the intake device. The pump chamber box is located near the intake device and is submerged at a high tide(GH). The pumping unit is installed in the pump chamber box and is connected to the intake device through a pipe. |
