Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method and a system for collecting useful components of by-product gas containing methane and carbon dioxide are provided to efficiently obtain resources based on the by-product gas using a cryogenic air separating method and a membrane separating method. CONSTITUTION: A by-product gas storing tank(100) stores by-product gas. The by-product gas is generated from environmental facilities and contains plenty of methane and carbon dioxide. A dehumidifying chamber(110) dehumidifies from the by-product gas. A membrane separating pressurization pump(120) pressurizes and transfers the by-product gas. A membrane separating chamber(130) selectively separates carbon dioxide components. A methane storing tank(140) receives methane from remained by-product gas. A cryogenic air separating pressurization pump(150) pressurizes and transfers the membrane separated by-product gas. A cryogenic air separating part(160) separates liquefied carbon dioxide. A liquefied carbon dioxide storing tank stores the liquefied carbon dioxide.
