Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A device for generating and controlling minute bubbles is provided to improve the maintenance and repair efficiency of a system by stably generating uniform minute bubbles with pressure control. CONSTITUTION: A strainer(60) filters large foreign particles included in circulating water. A pressure pump(70) pressurizes filtered circulating water. An air compressor(75) suctions and compresses the external air. A gas and liquid mixing tank(10) mixes the compressed air with the circulating water. Various sensors and controllers(80) control the inner air pressure by sensing the state of the gas and liquid mixing tank.
