Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A bioabsorbable suture with a barbed structure on the surface and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve physical strength and give flexibility by drafting a protrusion part. CONSTITUTION: The step for manufacturing a barbed entire body is that a protrusion part is formed in the surface by molding a live absorptive high molecule with injection. The molecular arrangement nature is added to the barbed entire body in the step which drafts in the solid state above glass transition temperature and below a melting point of the live absorptive high molecule. A post processing step processes the drafted barbed entire body in gas and heat.
