Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An aqueous tackifier composition is provided to prevent the lowering of properties compared with solvent-type tackifiers and to improve initial adhesive strength, cohesive force and adhesive processability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an aqueous tackifier composition comprises the steps of: adding a tackifier and an emulsifier to a reaction bath and stirring the materials at 10-150 RPM to melt the materials at 100-130 °C; and adding warm water of 50-99 °C while stirring the molten material at 30-50 RPM. The emulsifier certainly includes the emulsifier D among emulsifier A having the HLB(hydrophilic lipophilic balance) value of 6-8, emulsifier B having the HLB value of 9-11, emulsifier C having the HLB value of 12-14, and emulsifier D having the HLB value of 17-19. The emulsifier includes two kinds or more selected from emulsifiers A, B, and C.
