Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A medical treatment prosthesis with micro projections and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have almost no sliding phenomenon due to an external force and to minimize a contacting area with an organization. CONSTITUTION: In the medical treatment prosthesis with micro projections, a plurality of micro projections are formed in one surface of the medical treatment prosthesis. A vertical section of a plurality of micro projections is a concave shape to form vacuum inside a contact surface when the vertical section is restored by elasticity by being contacted to an area where an operation is done.
