Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: light emitting device chip a light emitting device package including the same and a backlight module including the same are provided to enhance luminous efficiency while reducing power consumption. CONSTITUTION: A laminated body has a plate shape with plural corners and includes an N type region layer(11), a P type region layer(13) and an active layer(15). A P type pad(20) is electrically connected to the P type region layer. The P type pad is located near the first corner(c1). A P type electrode is extended from the P type pad and includes the third electrode(23) with a P type extended between the first electrode(21) and the second electrode(22). An N type pad(30) is electrically connected to the N type region layer. The N type pad is located near the third corner(c3).
