Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A ceiling-panel fixing device is provided to easily control the installation height of a ceiling panel. CONSTITUTION: A bending piece(414) is formed from the end of a first horizontal bending part(410). A fixing member(50) is fastened to a thread bolt(30). The fusing piece(503) of the fixing member is inserted from the lower part of the through hole(411) of a hanger(40). A locating fixing protrusion(504) is selectively inserted into location fixing grooves(412,413). The first bending piece makes contact with the bottom of a flange(502) by bending. A fixing ring(60) is welded to the fusing piece.
