HEALTH APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A fitness machine is provided to activate muscles by automatically setting an exercise load and considering damage parts of muscles. CONSTITUTION: The fitness machine includes an air cylinder; a piston; a location sensor; a load cell and a timer. The air cylinder(110) offers inside pneumatic pressure as an exercise load. The piston(113) is connected with an exercise lever(11), and includes a first administration part, a second administration part, and a third administration part. The location sensor senses exercise locations of the piston and generates exercise location signals. The load cell is installed in the head of the piston, senses the exercise load applied to the piston and then generate exercise load signals. The timer senses time between administrations, and then generates exercise time signals.
