AGENT MIXING SYSTEM FOR SLUDGE TREATMENT

PURPOSE: A chemical mixing system for treating sludge is provided to improve the mixing and condensing efficiency of sludge and polymer coagulating chemical by forming vortex in a pressurizing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A chemical mixing system for treating sludge includes pressurizing sludge transferring pipes(12), first chemical introducing pipe connecting parts(13), multi-planes contact mixing units(50), and horizontal separating components. The pressurizing sludge transferring pipes transfer sludge(10) to a dehydrating unit. The first chemical introducing pipe connecting parts are in connection with the external side of the pressurizing sludge transferring pipes and introduces polymer condensing chemical(11) into a first chemical introducing pipe. The multi-planes contact mixing units are in connection with the pressurizing sludge transferring pipes. The horizontal separating components mix the sludge and the chemical and diffuse the mixture to the left side to the right side.
