REPAIR DEVICE FOR HOT ELECTRIC-FURNACE

PURPOSE: A thermal repair apparatus for an electric furnace is provided to remove the need of cleaning a nozzle by preventing the blockage of the repair agent supply path of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A thermal repair apparatus for an electric furnace comprises a nozzle unit(10), an angle rotating unit(20), and a bottom repair nozzle. The nozzle unit comprises a nozzle(11) which is curved to spout a repair agent to a wall and an angle maintaining member(12) which is coupled to the curved portion of the nozzle to maintain the curve. The angle rotating unit comprises a base block(21) which is hinged on an end of a crane(1) to regulate the angle of discharged repair agent up and down, and a drive unit(22) which is installed separate from the base block in the crane and rotates the base block. The bottom repair nozzle is arranged in an electric furnace, separate from a side of the nozzle in the base block, in order to spout a repair agent to the bottom of the electric furnace.
