Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A system and a method for controlling the inclination and speed of a lift cage is provided to safely transmit a worker and loads to a destination and to reduce labor and construction costs. CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling the inclination and speed of a lift cage comprises an inclination angle adjusting unit(110), a longitudinal speed adjusting unit(120), a tilting hinge(130), shock absorbers(140), and a controller(150). The inclination angle adjusting unit maintains the horizontality of a cage. The longitudinal speed adjusting unit adjusts the operating speed of the cage depending on the inclination of a mast. The tilting hinge is installed in the bottom of the cage. The shock absorbers are formed in the left and right of the tilting hinge. The controller controls the inclination angle adjusting unit to maintain the horizontality of the cage and reduces the speed of the cage by controlling the longitudinal speed adjusting unit.
