Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Doppler radar based target displacement detection method and apparatus are provided to classify the movement of background and the movement of a real target. CONSTITUTION: A Doppler signal of a real target is received(S110). The phase of the Doppler signal is measured(S120). The real movement amount of the real target is measured based on the phase(S130). If the real movement amount of the real target is more than a pre-set critical value, the real target is verified as a detection target. If the real movement amount of the real target is lower than the pre-set critical value, the real target is eliminated(S140 to S160).
