Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing data in ad-hoc network are provided to selectively process urgent voice data, and general data using a silence mode of a node. CONSTITUTION: A decision unit(110) decides what data to create between a first data, and a second data which has lower priority than the first data. According to the decision, if a specific data is generated, a measuring unit(120) measures a mode value related to the drive of the first node which currently has the specific data. A processing unit(130) processes the created data considering the created data content and the measured mode value.
