CONSTITUTION: A metal plate for preventing attaching an advertisement comprises a metal bottom plate(110), a binder layer installed on the bottom plate, a particles included in the binder layer by being protruded to outside, and a protrusion(120), and a surface layer(130) forming a strippable coating film. The surface layer is composed of 2 liquid paints in which polysiloxane resin and catalyst type hardener are included.
