Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A VSWR(Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) measurement, a defect point estimation device and a method thereof are provided to simply VSWR at a base station or a relay. CONSTITUTION: A signal analysis processor(20) converts the power of a high frequency signal transmitted from an IO monitor port through a logarithmic detector(21,22) into a voltage, which is transmitted to a CPU(27) through an AD converter(26). The CPU calculates the transmitted voltage and the reference voltage of the logarithmic detector to extract a VSWR.
