Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A one-touch open device is provided to secure the safety of a user by using a closing prevention plate. CONSTITUTION: A paper money counter(10) forms a slide protrusion(12a) and a fixing protrusion in the side of a lower housing(12). A button part(20) is composed in the front center of the upper housing(11) of the paper money counter. An open part(50) is combined with both sides of the shaft of a rotary part(30). A closing prevention plate(60) is rotatably fixed to the upper housing of the paper money counter and includes a sliding recess(61) and a fixing recess(62) for the sliding of the slide protrusion.
