Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A smart meter controller and an intelligent electronic household board system including the same are provided to automatically interrupt unnecessary standby power by checking the standby power state of an electric appliance in real time. CONSTITUTION: A measuring unit(230) provides the electric energy information of a load(300). A relay supplies or blocks the power to the load according to the standby power blocking state or general operation state. A relay driver(260) controls the operation of the relay. A central controller(250) includes a clock unit, a storage unit, and a process unit. The clock unit provides time information. The storage unit stores the operation information. The process unit supplies or blocks the power to the load by controlling the operation of the relay through the relay driver.
