Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A disaster information map manufacturing method and a map manufacturing system are provided to enable a user to easily recognize disaster situation. CONSTITUTION: A topographical map DB(11) stores an topography image in which disaster trace images are applied. An aerial photo DB(12) stores an aerial photo image in which a coordinate is applied. A land registration map DB(13) stores a land registration map image. A retrieval module(20) retrieves the DB. A map image synthesizing module(30) synthesizes the disaster trace image of the topography image and the aerial photo image with the lot number boundary of the land registration map image in the same region image where the retrieval module retrieves.
