A MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF STACKING VENEER SHEETS WITH BEAM TYPE FOR HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming stop protrusions on a rod-shaped heat-insulating and supporting member is provided to reduce the time for machining rod-shaped heat-insulating and supporting members by continuously forming stop protrusions on a plurality of rod-shaped heat-insulating and supporting members. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for forming stop protrusions on a rod-shaped heat-insulating and supporting member comprises a frame, a milling part(200), a jig part(300), a driving part(400), and a controller. The milling part in which a milling cutter(230) is installed is moved back and forth along a guide rail(410). The jig part comprises a bottom jig(320) in which a plurality of round rods(1) are settled and a top jig(330) which vertically presses the round rods with several rows of moving hydraulic units(240,250). The driving part transfers the jig part to the left and the right. The controller controls the milling part, the jig part, and the driving part.
