Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing the mineral water which removed the anion with nanofiltration membrane is provided to remarkably remove the anion including in mineral concentration water in large amount, thereby effectively controlling the mineral. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the mineral water which removed the anion with nanofiltration membrane includes next; a step of obtaining the concentrated water(120) including the ion component and the desalted water(130) which ion component is removed by passing the deep sea water to osmosis membrane, a step of dividing calcium salt crystallization by heat-concentrating and filtering the concentration water with a first evaporation, a step of obtaining the mineral concentration water which salt is removed by filtering and heat-concentrating the concentrated water which the calcium salt crystallization is divided with a second evaporator, a step of obtaining the NF permeated water which removed the anion within the mineral concentration diluted water by passing through the mineral concentration diluted water to the NF film having anion, a step of obtaining mineral water by mixing the NF permeated water, the desalted water and calcium salt crystallization. The anion is formed on a surface of the NF film.
