CONSTITUTION: An insulator support(20) is fitted to the lower side or the body of an insulator. An insulator fitting unit(22) is formed on one side of the insulator support. A support cut unit(24) is formed on both sides of the insulator fitting unit. An insulator separator(30) is vertically fitted to the arm. An arm fitting unit(32) is formed on one side of the insulator separator. A separator cut unit(34) is formed on both sides of the arm fitting unit.
