Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: Sterilization device and method using hydrogen peroxide are provided, which can concentrate hydrogen peroxide by evaporating moisture from the hydrogen peroxide provided to an evaporator. CONSTITUTION: A sterilization device using hydrogen peroxide comprises: a housing(12) having a sterilization chamber in which an object is received; an evaporator(13) supplying the hydrogen peroxide vapor to the sterilization chamber; a hydrogen peroxide feeder(14) supplying the hydrogen peroxide to the evaporator; a concentrator(15) for concentrating the hydrogen peroxide provided to the evaporator; a vacuum pump(16) for offering the vacuum pressure; a blower(17) for moving the air of the sterilization chamber by force; an ultra-violet generator(18) for irradiating the ultraviolet ray; and a door(19) for opening and closing a gateway for incoming and outgoing of the object.
