Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A paper strip is provided to maintain enough adhesive strength due to a thick thickness even when the side of an upper plate having a hollow is attached directly to the paper strip and to be successively produced by spirally winding a corrugated cardboard. CONSTITUTION: A paper strip(200) includes a part which is successively exposed to the outer circumference of a core strip which the paper strip is wound on. Multiple strips are successively transferred to the longitudinal direction of a core using a transfer member which contacts the inner side of the lowest strip of the core. The transfer member is installed on the inner part of the core to move to the longitudinal direction of the core.
