Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A method of producing fermented crude drug, the fermented crude drug manufactured thereby, and food including the same are provided to improve bio-availability while improving nutrients of the fermented crude drug. CONSTITUTION: The crude drug extract is gained by concentrating filtrate produced with purified water or ethanol in crushed crud drug. A crude drug mixture is manufactured by mixing crude extract 40~90 parts by weight and grains, or soybeans. The crude drug mixture is cooled with steam sterilization at 90~120°C. A first fermented crude drug is gained by inoculating one or more fungi such as Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus sojae, Trichoderma reesei or Rhizopus oryzae. |
