Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing voriconazole is provided to massively produce voriconazole in a high yield and high purity using a novel intermediate. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a voriconazole of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of performing reformatsky coupling of compounds of chemical formulas 4 and 5 to obtain a compound of chemical formula 3; a step of removing X1, X2, and -OSO2R from the compound of chemical formula 3 to obtain racemate of chemical formula 2; and a step of separating the compound of chemical formula 2 using optically active acid.
