CONSTITUTION: A supporter(130) comprises a pillar section(131) and a supporting plate(132). The supporting plate comprises a plurality of holes. The anchor bolt is inserted into the hole. A bracket assembly(140) comprises a nut(144) and a bolt(143). The bolt hole comprises a first bolt hole and a second bolt hole. The first bolt hole is formed in the first bracket(141). The second bolt hole is formed in the second bracket(142). The bolt(150) comprises a body part and a head part. The nut is coupled with the screw thread of the bolt.
