Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A local ventilator is provided to control a suction range of air by forming multiple external wings for generating a vortex, and to reduce manufacturing costs and power consumption by reducing components. CONSTITUTION: A local ventilator comprises a motor member(109), a rotating structure(110), and multiple external wi9ngs(130) for generating a vortex. The motor member is installed in an exhaust pipe, and generates torque. The exhaust pipe guides air inhaled through an inlet(102) to outside. The rotating structure is arranged in the front end of the inlet, and is rotated around the exhaust pipe. And the rotating structure is connected to a driving shaft of the motor member. The external wings generate a vortex. The angle of the external wings is controlled by a flow direction of the air flowing through the inlet.
