REGENERATIVE COMBUSTION APPARATUS HAVING REMOVABLE ROTARY VALVE CONTACTED DIRECTLY UPPER COMBUSTION APPARATUS AND CAPABILITY OF ADJUSTING GAB OF CONTACTING BY THERMAL EXPANSION

PURPOSE: A regenerative combustion device with a removable rotary valve directly connected with an upper combustion apparatus/capable of absorbing a gab generated by thermal expansion is provided to prevent the exhaustion of toxic gas by processing the toxic gas using a purse air system. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative combustion device(1) with a removable rotary valve directly connected with an upper combustion apparatus/capable of absorbing a gab generated by thermal expansion comprises a separation chamber(100), a diffuser plate(120), a rotor diffuser(130), a rotary valve(200), and a bellows cylinder. The separation chamber has a blocking wall(104). The regular interval diffuser barriers of the diffuser plate are divided corresponding to the interval of the blocking wall. The rotor diffuser discharges purge air for sealing gap between the diffuser plate and the rotor diffuser. The rotary valve is directly connected to the diffuser plate. The bellows cylinder absorbs gap deformation due to thermal expansion.
