MAKING METHOD OF STACKING VENEER SHEETS WITH PLATE TYPE FOR HIGH VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing stacked veneer sheets with a plate type for a high voltage transformer is provided to improve the function of the stacked veneer sheets with the plate shape by controlling coating condition, a thermal process condition, and a pressurization condition. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing stacked veneer sheets with a plate type for a high voltage transformer comprises the following steps: manufacturing a single panel with 1 - 3 mm thickness using broad-leaves forest; adjusting a percentage of water content of the single plate less than 5%; coating the surface of the single plate with a water-soluble phenol resin; removing moisture from the coated single plate; laminating the coated single plates in which patterns of grain are crossed; and molding the laminated single plates using hot press.
