Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the gradient of steel tower foundation and a steel tower foundation installation method using the same are provided to accurately assemble a steel tower based on the foundation by measuring the accurate gradient of the foundation when inserting the foundation at an angle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the gradient of steel tower foundation comprises a gradient measuring point unit(10) and a gradient measuring target unit(50). The gradient measuring point unit is detachably installed on the top of a foundation(5) for a steel tower and projects beam downward. The gradient measuring target unit is detachably coupled to the foundation, downwardly separate from the gradient measuring point unit, and displays the beam from the gradient measuring point unit. The gradient measuring target unit includes a target part, an adjustment body, and a support body.
