Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A plate of blind type led electronic sign board is provided to improve durability and keep light intensity by natural radiation using an uneven face and a radiating pin. CONSTITUTION: A plate(10) forms an indented part(11) for the mount of an LED substrate. A plate forms a plurality of exposed holes(12) on a front face and exposes only an LED to the front. A plate is combined with a mounting unit(20) for the mount of the LED substrate and a heat radiation fin(30) for the finishing of the plate. The exterior of the heat radiation fin is formed with the unevenness.
