Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: A construction structure and a construction method of a light brallie sidewalk block are provided to prevent an installation surface form being twisted and pushed after construction of the installation surface in which a projection pattern is formed. CONSTITUTION: A construction structure of a light brallie sidewalk block(100) is constituted as follows. A main body(110) of a light brallie sidewalk block with a projection pattern(115) and a lighting-emitting part. A support(120) is coupled with the lower part of the main body. The road for installing the light brallie sidewalk block is dug at fixed depth. Cement mortar is charged in a floor side of the road. Sand is covered on the upper side of the cement mortar and a sand coating layer is formed. The main body is placed on the upper side of the sand coating layer. The support coupled with the lower part of the main body is inserted into the cement mortar and is fixed.
