Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: An LCD monitor system for improving energy efficiency by a radiating unit is provided to quickly radiate the heat of an LCD panel by installing a radiation unit inside the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: An internal housing(310) is installed in the inside of an external housing(100). An inflow fan compulsorily flows in the external air to the inner housing. An outflow fan compulsorily leaks the air flowing to the outside. A thermal pad transfers the heat of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel to a heat radiating unit(300). An aperture installs a reinforce glass for preventing the damage of the LCD panel.
