Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A trash can fixing device is provided to prevent a trash can from being picked up by anyone excepting a collector. CONSTITUTION: A trash can fixing device comprises a frame(10), a bar(20), a rotor(30), a tie bar(40), a lock plate(60) and a left water magnet(70). The frame is fixed on the ground with a clamping unit(11). The bar is installed in order to stand on the frame. The both end parts of the rotor are inserted into a hollow(21) of the bar. The tie bar is separately installed with the rotor. The lock plate has one end fixed to the rotor and the other end mounted on top of the lid. A lock is locked on a loop(22).
