THE APPARATUS OF PREPARING ELASTOMER BALL FOR FILLING IN ARTIFICIAL LAWN ON SPORT GROUND

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing an elastomer sphere is provided, which maximizes ball bearing function and improves durability of the artificial lawn field. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an elastomer sphere comprises an extruder(A), a cylindrical hydrothermal tub(B), a centrifuge, a hydrothermal collection tank, and a cooling bath. The apparatus for manufacturing an elastomer sphere is manufactured by the following steps. The raw material of the elastomer composition is stirred first at the high temperature. The master badge pellet is manufactured. A pellet is added in the mixture of the first step. The elastomer composition of the melting colloid is manufactured by second stirring. The elastomer composition of the melting colloid is extruded through a plurality of outlets and is cut. The cut chip is poured into the cylindrical hydrothermal tub and is spherically molded in the hydrothermal tub by the surface tension of the colloid phase chip. Hydrothermal water is eliminated in the centrifuge equipped with an elevated screw. The removed hydrothermal is collected to the bottom of the centrifuge lower and is circulated within the cylindrical hydrothermal tub. The elastomer sphere is taken out to the upper end of the centrifuge screw and is cooled.
