AN APPARATUS OF PIEZOELECTRIC HARVESTING SYSTEM FOR INDEPENDENT POWER OF SENSE NODE

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric harvesting device for independent power for a sensor is provided to prevent an accident due to the contact between a terminal and a connection line using the power generated by the piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION: A current transformer(S) includes an upper case(10) and a lower case(20). A lower core(22) and a coil(24) are arranged inside the lower case. The lower core has U shape. The lower core is made of cast iron or metal. The coil is inserted into the lower core. An upper core(12) is arranged in the upper case and is contacted with the lower core. A piezoelectric element(40) is fixed in the upper side or lower side of the upper core of the current transformer. The piezoelectric element induces the voltage by a piezoelectric direct effect according to the vibration of the current transformer. A collector is connected to the piezoelectric device by a line or cable to collect the voltage induced by the piezoelectric device.
