Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: A reading/verifying reference voltage supply unit of a nonvolatile memory device is provided to minimize the state variation according to the change of the external temperature in a reading operation by outputting a reading/verifying reference voltage with different level according to the change of the temperature. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage supply unit(410) supplies a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage maintaining a constant value regardless of the change of the temperature. A temperature voltage supply unit generates the temperature voltage with the increasing level in proportion to the temperature increase by receiving a first reference voltage. A buffer(430) changes the level of the temperature voltage. An amplification unit generates the verification reference voltage by amplifying the temperature voltage and the second reference voltage. A first OP amplifier(412) receives the bandgap voltage through a non-inversion terminal. A first variable resistor and a second variable resistor are connected between the output terminal and the ground of the first OP amplifier. A connection node of the first variable resistor and the second variable resistor is connected to the inversion terminal of the first OP amplifier. |
