ASSEMBLING MACHINE FOR TORQUE CONVERTER

PURPOSE: A torque converter assembly device is provided to prevent the damage of a workpiece by effectually absorbing an elastic rebounding force generated in the elastic pressurization. CONSTITUTION: A torque converter assembly device is composed of a disc-shaped pad unit(100), an elastic pressing unit(200), a rotary assembling unit(210), a forward and backward moving unit(300), and a sensor unit(400). The pad unit faces to a clutch housing(C/H) of a transmission by vacuum-sucking a torque converter(T/C). The elastic pressing unit pressurizes the T/C to the inside of the C/H by an elastic damper(205). The rotary assembling unit is installed within a space unit(v) formed by the elastic damper. The rotary assembling unit assembles the T/C of a pad unit by an elastic pressurization driving motor(M1). The forward and backward moving unit moves the pad unit, the elastic pressing unit, the rotary assembling unit, and the sensor unit forth and back by a moving shaft(301). The sensor unit is arranged between the support plate of the elastic pressing unit and the moving shaft of the forward and backward moving unit.
