The oxidized sewage is transferred to the septic tank through a discharge pipe(4a). A filtration layer(6a) is formed on the center part of the second filtration tank. The microorganism processing tank includes a multi-layered microorganism habitat clothes(7a) and an air supply device(7b). The air pump returns precipitations in the settling tank to the septic tank.
