Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: A smart energy control device under a u-sensor network environment and a method thereof are provided to reduce the amount of emitted CO2 by controlling various devices which consume the electricity. CONSTITUTION: A smart energy control device under a u-sensor network environment includes a USN reference node unit(110), a USN main controller(120) and a USN gateway unit(130). The USN reference node unit is connected to a USN sub-device installed in a specific space. Reference nodes of the USN reference node unit construct a small-sized u-sensor network(100). The USN reference node unit senses the illumination, temperature, humidity and current consumption measured by the USN sub-device, and transmits sensing data signal through a communication network to the USN main controller.
