Zusammenfassung:	An LED lamp is provided to cool down the heat generated in an LED using the rainwater stored in a cooling tank . An LED lamp includes a housing(31), an LED(3), and a cover. A rainwater collecting tank(17) is arranged in the upper part of the housing. A rainwater inlet is formed in a bottom plate(37) of the rainwater collecting tank. A substrate(5) is installed in the lower part of a sidewall(15) of the housing. The cooling tank is arranged in the space formed by the substrate, the sidewall, and the bottom plate. The cooling tank stores the rainwater collected by the rainwater collecting tank. An overflow hole is formed in the sidewall of the housing. The overflow hole maintains the level of the rainwater inside the cooling tank constantly. The LED is mounted in the bottom of the substrate. A cover diffuses the light of the LED.
