Zusammenfassung:	A heavy water treatment system including generation of electric power is provided to improve profitability of water, and to protect water resources by recycling and purifying heavy water in a building or building circumference. A heavy water treatment system includes the followings: a flow control bath(100) discharging heavy water and storing the collected heavy water; a first purification unit(200) purifying the heavy water through a screen part(210), an anoxic chamber(220), an aeration tank(230), a membrane separation tank(240), a suction pump(250), and a sludge thickener(260); a first water tank(300) storing the heavy water; a falling generation unit(500) installed between a building and the flow control bath; and a flowing water generating unit(600) installed between the flow control bath and the first purification unit.
