Zusammenfassung:	A preservation processing apparatus for foodstuffs is provided to prevent the decomposition which is caused by self-enzyme in case of keeping foodstuffs which includes root medicinal herbs such as ginseng for a long time. A food mounting part(100) mounts foodstuffs to be preservation-processed in a food preservation processing apparatus. A washing apparatus(200) washes the foodstuffs conveyed from the food mounting part with the sterile water of the room temperature. A sprinkling washing apparatus(300) washes the foodstuffs passing through the washing apparatus on the food mounting part with the sterile water. A low temperature water and ultrasonic washing apparatus(400) dips the foodstuffs in the sterile water and applies the ultrasonic waves to it.
